Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The website rental.hellenicmototours.com (the “Website”) is operated by Mototours Adventures Ltd., a company registered in Greece and Cyprus.

1.2 The terms in this policy apply equally to both genders, and the use of masculine language is for convenience only.

1.3 Browsing the website is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this policy and these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read the terms carefully, as browsing the site and taking actions on it indicates your agreement to the terms contained in this policy, which constitutes a binding contract between you and the company.

1.4 The website allows users to rent two-wheel and three-wheel vehicles in Cyprus and Greece, according to the rental terms specified for each vehicle.

1.5 The vehicles are insured according to the laws applicable in each country, and renters are subject to the terms and agreements with the rental companies in the destination, including self-participation in the case of damage, as specified in the rental agreement.

2. Booking Conditions

2.1 Each renter must agree to the rental terms listed on the rental completion page under “Appendices and General Terms.” The traveler confirms that they have read this document (Terms and General Conditions) and agrees that it will apply to them and be binding.
2.2 Each renter must ensure that they hold the appropriate driver’s license for the vehicle they are renting.

2.3 The company reserves the right to deny a rental for various reasons.

2.4 At the time of booking, a minimum initial payment of 30% of the total rental cost will be charged as a deposit. The payment can be processed securely on the website, or alternatively, you can choose to pay via invoice. In this case, a payment link will be sent to you by email.

2.5 The remaining payment will be made at the time of receiving the motorcycle at the rental agency, along with the presentation of a valid driver’s license and credit card.

2.6 The minimum rental period is two days for motorcycles with an engine size greater than 500cc and one day for motorcycles with an engine size of up to 500cc and for three-wheel motorcycles.

2.7 The minimum rental age is 28 for motorcycles over 500cc and 24 for motorcycles up to 500cc.

2.8 For renting a motorcycle with an engine size above 500cc, a minimum of two years of motorcycle license experience is required in Category A.

2.9 A rental day is considered 24 hours from the moment of collection. Any extension will be charged as an additional rental day.

2.10 Motorcycles must be returned to the agency by 6:00 PM.

2.11 Rental prices include:

• New model motorcycles
• Unlimited mileage for rentals of 5+ days or 250 km per day for rentals of 2-5 days, with an additional charge of €0.35 per extra kilometer.
• Third-party insurance
• Rear box
• GPS tracking system
• Roadside assistance

3.1 Cancellation notifications must be sent through the contact page on the website.

3.2 Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the rental.

3.3 Cancellations after this period will incur a registration fee.

4. Cancellation by the Company

4.1 The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason without providing compensation, other than a full refund.
